Steve offers a great service to his clients. His manner is very pleasant and he goes out of his way to accommodate every client. Every client is treated as an individual with individual needs and he understands the importance of customer service. Lovely to see he will spend time with people for a chat if necessary.

I would like to tell people of the great service we get from Steve Meachin and his team of Goblins. (or are they Henrys). Most people only voice their opinion when they get bad service, well I'd like to say this firm have only given good service in the 3 years we have used them. Keep it up Steve.

I just wanted to get in touch and let you know how happy we are with the service that you and Brightway Cleaning are providing for us. We’ve never had any kind of domestic cleaning provided before and we have always been a little reluctant to do so as we’ve felt a little uncomfortable having people in our family home when we where not there. But since using the services provided by Brightway Cleaning, and having met yourself and our personal cleaner, Claire, we are so glad we have now. The personable and professional approach you and your employees take makes you feel very comfortable and the work that is carried out is always to a high standard, it has certainly made a massive difference to our family life as we now have even more time to spend with our young family and not have to worry about the cleaning chores as our home always feels fresh and clean even by the end of the week and this is credited to the high standards that Brightway adhere to.
You offer flexibilty in the services you provide and we never have a problem getting in touch with you if we need to, and you can always accommodate any special requirements we have which is just fantastic and a real help to us.

What can I say about Brightway? Simply Excellent. I have had the same cleaner, Claire now for several years, she knows exactly how I like the house cleaning. I have strict standards and she never lets her standards drop, she leaves the house looking and smelling fresh every visit. My dogs also look forward to her visits, she makes such a fuss of them. Claire has also been known to come in to do my clean on her holidays. Great Service!

Steve and his team at Brightway are professional and and their cleaning standards are extremely high as I only wanted the best to keep our pub sparkling. Steve himself goes beyond the call of duty to ensure that the customer is happy with the service his company provides. I am exceptionally pleased with Melissa who goes the extra mile in cleaning and its a pleasure to work along side her as she has a cheery and positive personality.

From start to finish the service was excellent and extremely efficient. Steve was attentive to our requirements and kept us up to date with the progress of the job allowing us the opportunity to view his work and call him back to improve things if necessary. We didn't need to though, we were delighted with the work carried out and wouldn't hesitate to use Brightway Cleaning again or to recommend them to friends.

I wish to thank Brightways for sending a wonderful lady called Christine, who is worth her weight in gold, to help me with a variety of tasks, that help me maintain my independence.. She is more than just a domestic help, both her and Brightways, go out of their way in which to help their clients in anyway they can. One thing I was concerned of was how my animals were going adapt to someone new coming in when I wasn't at home. Well I need not of worried, because both Murphy and Smokie, look forward to their Aunty Christine, and she goes out of her way, to look after them as well indeed, as maintain my home to such a very high standard. They are always on time, very professional and there is always a relaxed and friendly atmosphere whenever Steve or Christine come to my home. I certainly wouldn't have anyone else. It is very rare to find a very good domestic firm, and it is very rare to find someone like Christine, who does have a keen eye for detail and makes your home feel special again. I thought I'd drop you an email to say that I am really pleased with a recent deep clean that you did on my Mum's house (10th June 2014) which included carpet clean from Bakewell Carpet Care. Yourself and Adele worked really hard to ensure that my mum's house was spotless ready for when she returned home after spending a month in respite, not just cleaning the aforementioned items but giving the house a thorough clean throughout including windows etc.
It had been an extremely stressful time for me but I cannot fault yourself and Adele who arrived as scheduled and worked tirelessly to ensure my mum's house was "like a new pin". I have handed out your business cards to other relatives who I was chatting to in the care home so I'm sure you will have further business coming your way.
In addition, John managed to get my mums white stained rug cleaned up like brand new.
I would also like to book a fortnightly clean for my mum with effect from week commencing 23rd June. I await hearing from you in due course.

I am writing to thank you for the recent jobs you have undertaken for my 2 landlords in Ramsbottom and Summerseat.
Both of these properties required large scale cleaning including carpets in order to make them ready for new tenants to move in.
I was impressed with the speed at which you visited the properties, and the quotations you gave within a few hours. I was also impressed with the finished results, the devilish attention to details and I am pleased to say that one of the properties was let the very next viewing!
The work you did prevented the exisiting client from leaving the property within the the 24 hours, due to the landlords inability to finish what he had started and clean the property in time. To say it was in a state is an understatement. I know i have a happy and satisfied tenant and a landlord relieved to had the pressure taken off him.
The work you have undertaken so far was carried out in a swift and more than satisfactory manner and the prices you have charged were very reasonable.
I will certainly be straight on the telephone as soon as we require your services again in the future.
