Sedgley Park Rugby Club were looking at installing Solar Energy to reduce our Electricity costs and provide an income stream for the future generation. We discussed this with a couple of providers and it appeared they were more interested in offering us finance than installing Solar. As we are part of BoB we decided to get Connect Electric to quote for the project.
The response was immediate and ALL questions we asked were answered fully, honestly and instantly.
The help we received was first class and the price was unbeatable.
Installation was a lot quicker than expected and we are now generating Electricity and money, despite the Whitefield weather.
I cannot rate Connect Electric highly enough. As far as Solar Energy is concerned you could not hope for a better partner.

I couldn't be more happy with the guys from Connect Electric. They fitted my new house alarm with no mess, no fuss and walked me the installation process so it was clear from the start. They also fitted my ceiling lights throughout the house and cleared each room after they were finished. Great service with a great price!

We called connect electric as we had a problem with our fuse board. Connect came promptly and resolved the problem in no time. They were smartly dressed and a in a smart clean van which show in there attention to detail in my opinion. I would not hesitate to recommend them, great service!

I called Chris out, for the first time today. Himself and his colleague, John, were able to come round within a couple of hours and I was delighted with their work. Having an eight month old daughter, I was so thankful that they were able to diagnose and fix the problem so promptly. Connect Electric supplied me with a total energy saving package on my house including top of the range solar panels. the job was completed on time by very polite and helpful staff. Since the job was completed Chris has been in touch numerous times to make sure all was running as expected. A 1st Class service and a 1st class job - would recommend them to anybody and would use again without a second thought.

I arrived at my cafe at 8.55am. The lights weren't working and everything was in the dark! I was paninking-this meant i had to close for business on one of my busiest days. DISASTER! I telephoned Connect Electric and by 9.15am the problem was resolved. WHAT A GREAT SERVICE! The electrician that came was polite, well presented and worked swiftly to resolve the issue. Having dealt with a number of other electricians, Connect are by far the best and more knowledgeable electricians I have worked with. They keep their promises and deliver when you need them too. I strongly recommend you use them!

I don't know about you, but I always find it hard to get hold of a good electrician or plumber. They are always so busy when you want them, just at the wrong time. I have used Chris on a couple of my buy-to-let properties and in my own residence. His work has been of an excellent standard. He fixed some electrical issues on a property that I have which has recently been vacated and is on the market to rent. On completion of this work, he did a full electrical safety check to ensure that I would not be liable if anyone was injured as a result of an electrical fault. This week, he has installed new every saving, LED spot lights in my office. They use the equivalent power to a 40 watt bulb so massive energy-saving there! He has also installed a V Phase box which means that less energy will be used by appliances, thus bringing down energy costs and doing my bit for the planet! His service was excellent and I would not hesitate in recommending him to other people.

We had solar panels fitted to our roof at the end of March 2014. We had three companies quote the work; one national company who came to visit, measure and quote, and one who quoted over the phone. Chris from Connect Electric came, quoted and did the work. He was professional, clean, tidy and did all the organising of scaffolding and paperwork etc. Not the cheapest but I am very satisfied with the work and attitude shown.
