Fortis have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish. We had all of our windows, two bifold doors and two rock doors supplied and fitted by them. From the initial visit for a quote to the fitting and the follow up calls to ensure we were happy with the products, the service has been exemplary. The fitters were all hard working, polite and friendly and have done such a good job, I wish all businesses were as easy to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Just had some windows and door fitted by these guys and i must say what a fabulous job they have done.also they left my house in a spotless condition and took all my old materials away.very competitive price and i would certainly recommend them to family and friends ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!!!

Dave and Mattie worked solidly to complete the job in one day, even though it meant they worked later than planned on a Friday afternoon. They were friendly and respectful of my property. The carpets were cleaner after they left than before they arrived! Dave advised on a colour match for masonry paint, which was unexpected and appreciated. Top tip: they can drink impressive amounts of coffee so be ready to keep them supplied with hot brews!

From my first enquiry, the response from Fortis was prompt and professional. (Another local firm never even returned my call!). John visited to give me a quote a few days after I called them. Everything was clear and I confirmed my order soon after. I was happy with the price and I’m delighted with my new front door and windows. Highly recommended!

Just had a rock door and sash style windows installed. The service from these guys is exemplary. Starting with John with the estimate (even returning when we decided to have windows) all fitted on the original fitting date, to the fitting guys who were respectful, tidy and had excellent attention to detail. I cannot recommend the guys at Fortis highly enough

John and his team came to the house within a week of requesting a quote for the works. Their engineer was very knowledgable and recomended work that needed doing and why, but also advised work that did not need doing, just minor adjustments, which saved us money. We were so impressed with the efficiency of Fortis windows, that we decided to take up their promotion for two new doors (Front & Rear Fitted) at the reduced rate offered. Fortis windows are very competitvely priced, and in our opinion, offer excellent value for money with very friendly, knowledgable & efficient team of engineers & fitters. We definately recommend this company.

I approached this company to replace a badly scratched glass window that I needed changing.After spending about half a hr at my property and confirming the window was faulty and indeed need changing all good and he left.Angry and annoyed that less than 24hrs later he says he can’t change it with a feeble reason that it’s too near another window company radiance doors who fit the dodgy window.What????? You waste a customers time and come back with that pathetic reason.Shocking way to treat someone it’s not our fault radiance doors ripped us off £6k Thanxs for blaming us for faulty glass not what you said when you was slagging their company off was it😡🤔

Fortis Windows had the shortest lead time from John consulting with us to fitting our front door, far quicker than any competitors delivery estimate and we are immensly grateful for this. The team who fitted the door and side light were extremely efficient, friendly and left the area in a spotless condition. Fortis have just completed work replacing 8 windows and our back door. The service has been exemplary. Clear communication throughout, a competitive quote and all timelines met. Our house is old and no walls are straight so it was not an easy job and yet the fitters remained professional and cheerful throughout. We have had a lot of work done on our house over the years and I can honestly say I have never been as pleased with both the way a job was carried out and the end product. The attention to detail was fantastic and they clean up REALLY well - I think the house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!! If you are looking for someone to fit windows or doors look no further I don't think you could find a better service.

Amazing service. Kept updated via phone or email from day 1 of measuring to the day of fitting. The lads/men were great, very efficient. No mess/very tidy (cleaned up after each window was fitted), on time and polite. Would highly recommend.

My day-to-day job is working with contractors, so I feel that I’m in a good position to give honest feedback regarding the quality of work and client interaction received by Fortis.
Recently we were quoted for an outhouse UPVC door and window replacement. Fortis were very prompt in agonising a visit from my email enquiry. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional. John offered good advice and options, and I had a written quotation back within 3 days.
Fortis were very competitive on price, so we agreed to proceed.
Leadtime was 4 weeks, and to the letter I received a call a week in advance to make arrangement for fitting.
The work was carried out in a highly professional way. Attention to detail was great and the work area at the end of the day was cleaned without a trace of rubbish. I was extremely pleased with the work carried out.
As a side note and demonstration of the commitment to customer satisfaction. I spoke to John about a previous installation I had done only a few years previous that had started to develop defects. The installer I’d used had gone bust and I’d exhausted avenues to claim from the manufacture . John said he had contacts with the manufacture and that he could enquire to see if anything could be done. I didn’t hold any expectation being my experience.
To my amazement John came back to me that the manufacture as a sign of good will would replace the faulty equipment. Something I’d given up on. I was extremely grateful to Fortis for going above and beyond.
