The company's flexible approach to meeting customer need has been welcomed by me, and I wouldn't use any other estate agent for finding a new tenant. I've rented my home from Lifestyle for 11 years this summer. Melanie and the team are professional and approachable, and any issues such as repairs have always been sorted out efficiently and to a high standard. I have medical problems, and Melanie, Niall, Henry and the team have been amazing, helpful, supportive and understanding. They deliver a high quality service but with a lovely personal approach that you don't see with other letting agencies. Would highly recommend.

I've been living in a Lifestyle property for almost 3 years now. The staff is so lovely, namely Henry - who has mostly been my POC since moving in, and Karin - who I now occasionally also deal with.
They are quick to respond and deal with anything that I might need help with are always pleasant.

Lifestyle have been very good at dealing with any issues and are quick to answer any phone calls. A few weeks after moving in there were issues with the hot water and a new boiler was needed. The team dealt with this quick and had plumbers out within a day. Henry in particular has been very helpful.
