I have been a client of lifestyle lettings for eleven years. In that time I have always found the people there to be very helpful and keen to offer solution to problems.they are professional,friendly and possess detailed knowledge of the property rental market. This is a constantly changing market with new legal requirements and regulations coming all the time. It's not possible for ,small, landlords to keep updated about these issues and lifestyle lettings fills this role very capably. In summary they are proficient,professional and proactive.

This is a very professional, efficient and well run company who know their business. The manager - Niall Hicks is always easy to reach, accommodating and professional. Lifestyle sales and lettings had looked after my property for many years and always been reliable with great communication, letting me up to date with changes and any issues I need to know about. I first started to use their services when I worked abroad and needed a company I could rely on to take care of every aspect of running the property. Lifestyle Lettings were recommended to me as I was wanting to rent out my house. From the outset they were excellent. They clearly outlined the services they offered and delivered 100% and more. I had never let a house before and they explained clearly what was involved. I had to do very little they quickly found me suitable tenants and took all the hassle away keeping me regularly updated. They sorted out all the legal checks and carry out regular checks on the tenants. I would have no hesitation in recommending them

I recently used Lifestyle Lettings to sell my terraced property in Tottington, taking advantage of one of their special offers. I did wonder at first, if I should have gone for one of the more traditionally 'local' estate agents. I needn't have worried at all. From the outset they were friendly, professional and proactive. They didn't make false promises, in fact their valuation was realistic, coming in at between two others I obtained. Their marketing had the immediate desired effect as we had viewers through the door on the same day the house was listed on Rightmove. We had an offer within 6 weeks and moved into our new home 2 months later. Have used to other local estate agents before but would definitely recommend Lifestyle to friends. Top job.
