As a parent my main concern is that my daughter is both safe and happy. At Tower View Nursery I have the confidence to know that she is! The staff have been exceptional whilst Holly was settling in to nursery life - and put my mind at ease! They encourage and support her in the regular daily activities. She has thrived within the nurturing environment at Tower View.

Hannah has only been in pre-school for a couple of weeks but has settled in very well. Despite the upheaval of moving to a new nursery she is very enthusiastic about going. She has had no toilet accidents which is also a sign she is settled. Staff feedback has been excellent.

Tower View has been Freddie's first nursery experience and he was very unsure at first. However, the staff were always so welcoming and supportive that Freddie is now full of confidence and runs into nursery with a big smile on his face!

My son has attended Tower View nursery for almost two years now and the staff have been fantastic. I love that they take the time to speak to us as parents and it is clear they also know the children really well too. Staff have remained the same which is important in a young child's routine and Harrison loves being there. He looks forward to his sessions and has learnt lots too. Tower View have helped develop my son into the happy and confident child we see. Thank you everyone!

I have two children who attend the nursery, which has supported both my children's learning and development, especially with my son who has regular appointments for physio, speech and language. They not only support my children they offer a constant stream of guidance and advice.

This is my second child at this nursery and I have been very happy and satisfied with all aspects of it. There is always something different to do and see and the staff have always been very kind and helpful both to myself and my children.

All the staff are excellent, Phoebe has really come out of her shell since she started at Tower View. They have been very attentive to her when she has needed help with potty training. She loves singing the songs she has learned at nursery and loves all of the Aunties.

I believe that Tower View nursery should awarded Nursery of the Year because they treat the children as the parents would and provide an outstanding service and level of care in all aspects.

Robin is a rather shy and clingy little girl and I was concerned about how well she would settle when she first started. However, due to the caring and nurturing ethos of the nursery she quickly settled and has always been happy to go. She has gained in confidence enormously since starting and has become much more confident at trying new things.

The staff at Tower View obviously care about the children and our daughter loves them. They provide a good balance of fun and learning with a great variety of activities. They pay great attention to detail and create a happy and safe environment. It's been excellent preparation for our daughter going to school.

Darcey LOVES coming to nursery. The Aunties are like an extended family to Darcey and she is looked after to a better standard than I could have asked fo. Nursery are always coming up with ideas for fun things to do and Darcey is stimulated well. They have provided an excellent service and it will stand Darcey in good stead for starting "big school". Thank you

In my opinion, Tower View deserve the NDNA award as they are professional and caring, provide an excellent service and create a lovely environment for the children in their care. The staff are very approachable, friendly and as helpful as they can possibly be at all times. During my daughter's time at Towe View the staff have helped her to become a more independent, confident and expressive little girl who loves learning and is able to make friends and enjoy lots of new experiences.

Leah is in her pre-school year and has been attending the nursery since she was a baby. The setting provides outstanding quality provision, catering for Leah as an individual. The curriculum is exciting and challenging. As working parents we don't have time to do extra activities like football, swimming, music and dance so we are overjoyed these are included in nursery life. We are proud of our daughters development and that's all credit to Tower View.

Tower View nursery is excellent. The members of staff are excellent at what they do and have helped my son to settle in. There is a wide range of activities for the children to do. The members of staff are always on hand to give you advice and support.

The staff have given invaluable support and guidance regarding my son's development. From reassurance about his ability to recognise and recall colours through to hints and tips to help in toilet training him. My son is under a paediatric consultant due to his tall stature and also his language development. Laura, Kirsty and Jess have all given me regular feedback regarding new words or improved pronunciation. Everyone at Tower View always gives outstanding service and commitment.

Tower View Nursery is fantastic! The management and staff work extremely hard and their professionalism really shows. The children are happy, eager to learn and the opportunities afforded to them are second to none. The staff are enthusiastic, there is a structured curriculum which is well thought out and has stimulated our child's development. He looks forward to attending nursery and is sometimes reluctant to come home as he is having so much fun!

Our daughter's confidence has increased immensely since beginning nursery and we feel the staff truly deserve the recognition for their dedication in caring for the children. One of the main reasons we chose this nursery was the lovely welcoming atmosphere which shone through immediately. Staff and children looked happy and fulfilled and this was transferred onto our daughter. Well done and thank you Tower View!

I would recommend Tower View for being a professional, friendly, approachable nursery. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always there to help. Finlay has developed into a fun and friendly little boy and that can partially be attributed to the adult role models around him at Tower View. I would not enrol him anywhere else.
