Exceptional Business Package

The flagship package is aimed at Exceptional Businesses who are high performing, ambitious and need to ensure that everyone in the business is working to achieve business objectives, their staff are engaged, performing at their best and have strong professional leadership choose this “hands on” partnership package led by People Matters’  CEO to partner you to manage and develop your people. This option provides you with all of the above but has the added benefits outlined below to really help your business move forward.

Inclusive on-site work to support your Business. The team agree what is required and your own HR Client Manager will work at your premises typically supporting managers undertaking performance appraisals, reviews, development activities, sickness absence reviews, performance management, appraisals, carrying out disciplinary and grievance investigations, or appeals and supporting your managers and staff with day to day HR related advice.

Our CEO will provide leadership and HR management training for all existing and new leaders and those people managing staff.

 Niel and the team will also undertake Organisational Development work with you to help to build a strong, focused and high performing organisation.

We can write additional bespoke policies and guidance and provide coaching for your leaders to help to develop them and add value to your business.

As this is such a comprehensive package it attracts a three year contractual commitment.
