He sets the tone dependent on the precise topic. Disciplinary issues require a different delivery perhaps to those of discussing ' contracts of employment'

Niel helped us out with a new process of management. He was very clear in his instruction and explained to everyone involved the processes we needed to adopt. As we needed everyone in the firm to adopt these procedures his input and encouragement was vital.

Personal friendly service where people really do matter! Very knowledgable and brings the whole range of HR within easy reach. Niel has designed and delivered training, coaching for my managers, put in place a great HR process from contracts, job descriptions, handbooks and supported us with staffing issues.
