Ponds Northwest have recently carried out a deep maintenance clean and made our pond more aesthetically pleasing with the installation of electric fencing around the perimeter replacing metal mesh to guard against predators.
We are delighted with the pond transformation and the team were a pleasure to have in our garden. They talked us through every stage of what they would be doing in a professional and friendly manner. Their work was carefully and meticulously carried out. We were so impressed that we will be having routine maintenance visits throughout the year.

Absolutely a five star service, from Carla who picked up my job on Checkatrade, appreciated the urgency of my Dad's job due to ill health and needing to quickly get his house on the market and who stayed in touch with warm and helpful WhatsApps messages, to David who contacted Dad to arrange a visit and Jake who did an amazing job (in the rain, bless him), transforming Dad's pond and water feature after two years of neglect. It looks like new and the house is now on the market : ) I would definitely use again and highly recommend this lovely company to anyone needing pond cleaning or repairs. Two very happy customers!

I have been in the hobby for nearly 10 years. Building my pond myself. After numerous issues over the years I decided to have a new pond built properly. After finding Dave from a recommendation by Tim waddington, I knew within 5 mins of talking to Dave he was the man for the job. I cannot recommend Dave and ponds northwest highly enough. Dave and his team do work to the highest of standards using only the best materials. And when it’s all finished you’ll have the pond of dreams.

From my first contact Carla has always replied promptly and done her utmost to answer my questions and facilitate the work I was seeking. Jake has completed a full deep clean and an also a maintenance visit. At both he clearly knew exactly what was needed and how to accomplish that. The end result was a pond restored to being its original attractive garden feature.

Fantastic company I would recommend to anybody. As a newbie to keeping a pond, the team kept in touch and kept me reassured letting me know when Dave would call. Dave talked me through all the potential issues (turned out to be a leak) and after following the guidance and checking back in I was sorted.
The advice given was worth its weight in gold and wasn't pushing for extra business. Just clearly a team who are passionate about ponds!! Will most certainly be returning to Dave and the team for all my pond needs!!

I came home to find my pump not working on my pond .I rang Ponds Northwest to see if they did emergency call outs and a lovely young lady took my details and said I will ring back shortly . She did and asked me to take photos of my pond and pump so that they knew what they were dealing with. I then got an ETA and a couple of young men turned up ,tried to sort out my old pump but the motor had gone on it so a new one had to be fitted which they brought with them. Fixed up and running in no time . Very professional and friendly . They saved the day and my koi .Thank you so much ,would definitely recommend 👌👌👌

Initially I was a little disappointed with some of the installation work but reached out to NW Ponds. They really do want their customers to be pleased with any work carried out and so reacted quickly and went full out to promptly rectify the minor issues.
My pond looks great now and I am very pleased with the end result and total after sales customer care and service provided.
They are knowledgeable and also gave some great tips and advice in maintaining my koi pond.

Recently had our pond converted by ponds northwest. Originally had an old ground level pond around 3ft deep working off an oase filter which was hard work to maintain. Decided to upgrade so contacted Dave at ponds northwest. Barring a few weather delays the construction went really well. Can't emphasise enough what a great team Dave has got. Polite, tidy and punctual. Really chuffed with our new raised pond with infinity style window running off a nexus 320. Can't stop staring at it. Thanks again Dave for your awesome job. Gotta mention the lads. Henry, jonno, 2 sams and Nathan. Cheers guys.

Koi pond at regular intervals. The staff Jake and Connor cover my area and are very proffesional and friendly and answer any questions i may have. Carla and Annette in the office keep in contact using whats app and send invoices with a photo. I can thoroughly recommend them and its good to know they will sort out problems quickly giving you piece of mind.

Good pond maintenance services are hard to find so we were delighted to discover Ponds Northwest. They’re very knowledgeable, prompt and really good on communication. We’ve always found all the staff helpful, friendly and polite and the young man who serviced our pond this year went that extra mile!

I can thoroughly recommend Ponds Northwest. They quoted for replacing the rotting sleepers with tiled breeze-blocks and installing a new weir. From the moment Dave came round to assess the situation until this morning when the pond was completed they have been a fantastic firm with which to do business. Carla was so patient, cheerful and helpful whenever I called and the group of lads who did much of the work were all hard working, polite and friendly. They were a joy to be with and very supportive when I had questions . So good were they that I will miss their company! The invoice was exactly as quoted initially. Thank you Dave and your team for an excellent, professional job well done.

This is the first time I have used Ponds Northwest and I have found them to be very reliable and informative giving me lots of tips and information that previous pond cleaners have not. Ponds Northwest have been brilliant from start to finish. Carla, Dave and Annette have all been extremely helpful on the 'phone and via text. Connir, the technician who carried out the full clean of my pond was also brilliant. I have no hesitation in recommending this Company if you need any work doing to your pond. I will be using them again, without a doubt, and have already booked an annual maintenance visit for next Spring. HKS - Lancashire.

Called on Ponds Northwest as my stone waterfeature was not working. I was informed of the call-out fee, and after sending them a few pictures of the water feature the costs for a repair or replacement of the pump.
Connor was the engineer who came out to do the job, he jeot me informed all the way through and showed me at each stage what was wrong. A very efficient polite young man who knew his stuff very well
I was overall very impressed by the full service offered by Ponds Northwest a d woukd not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you my lovely water feature is now back to its best and I can hopefully enjoy sunny days in the garden listening to the trickle of water again
