I would like to leave a very honest review.
My wife and i both purchased cars from salesman Mark, we are more than happy with how the deal went, very relaxed and no pressure whatsoever.
After a couple of weeks I made a phone call to say 1 of the cars has been playing up, the same day I received a phone call from Graham at there service centre and said bring it in at 9 am the very next day, after meeting Graham at 9am he put my mind at total rest, he went above and beyond what he needed to do. The car was all sorted within a couple of hours, new parts fitted and even got a complimentary valet.. he is an asset to the car co and I hope he receives the thanks he deserves.
Very pleasant guy who is there to help you.
Big thanks to all the staff at dealership and service centre..also 2 hours later I received a courtesy call from Graham to make sure I returned home with no issues, now that is next level customer service, keep up the great work 👌🏼

Owi was so incredibly helpful in helping with my car! I purchased a beautiful Q3, and he made sure it was clean and dry for when we viewed it! As I had never purchased a car on finance before, he made sure to explain everything in detail and gave us a great deal. Definitely recommend!
