My wife bought a car last week, there’s a review for that also. This is for my new car that I test drove yesterday (5th) and collected today (6th). Once again Abdul has outdone himself, a 320i which is immaculate. I want to say how good Abdul is, from the finance package he got for me (I gave specifics as to what I wanted) to the service from himself. He has 2 customers for life now - my wife and I.

Recently part exchanged at this garage despite being from London as their interest rates were far far lower than I could find back home. After enquiring online, Kas called me that evening to get some details off me in order to provide some estimates. Happy with what I heard, I made the trip to Manchester that weekend to do the exchange. Admittedly it did take a little longer than I thought, due to some IT issues that couldn’t be helped (and a mistake with my details that was my fault), Kas & his manager tried their hardest to rectify the situation as fast as poss knowing I have a long journey home. I needed some help swapping my private plates over to my new car which Kas sorted out for me no questions asked - nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. The cars brilliant, perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll see you guys in a few years for my next exchange!

I want take some time out to appreciate The entire team of The Car Co as them all are so friendly and helpful and on a special note Me Zubair took ownership of all my queries and even provided some great helpful hints and tips and added information regarding all the options that can benefit me when I sell my car that one person will not do generally. About the most pleasant way ive purchased a car from a garage !!
Nobody likes all the hassle of trading in and buying another car and usually is frustrating and anoying. How ever my experience was quite decent, I dealt with Ash who was a decent sales guy.
Apart from the usual not wanting to knock anything off the price of the car im wishing to buy, and then offering a low amount for the car im trading in (which is there job i suppose), we arrived at a figure we could agree on, and did the deal in only 2 1/2 hours, something of a record i think.
I am very pleased with my purchase the car is great, plus the aftersales service was really good also, i had need to sort out a little issue, this was done very quickly.

My wife and I have recently enquired about a car that was advertised, this was on 27/09/2024. We collected the car just 2 days later, 29/09/2024. The car is immaculate, the finance package is what we advised Abdul we wanted, we cannot fault the service, knowledge, or product. I cannot rate Abdul highly enough and I’ll be back to upgrade my car in a few months.
