Excellent service from start to finish, all the staff are lovely and Simon the sales man who sold me the car was brilliant and he made me feel very comfortable with the buy. I saw a car on the Tuesday and they had it ready and waiting by the Thursday. Very efficient!

Went in looking at a Volkswagon polo 2015, met with Zaid who showed us the car, let us have a drive and allowed the car to sell itself. Lovely man who gave us a great service. Took us through all our options and when purchasing the car was very kind and helpful taking it step by step, wasn't afraid to have a nice general conversation with us. The car itself is great, drives well, clean and overall a great quality buy and would come again when looking for a reliable car.

The staff are genuine, friendly and courteous. As a woman walking into a car showroom alone, can be daunting but I was treated with the upmost respect by a highly professional team. Acquiring my dream car was made possible with a sensible budget . The Sales Rep Shaz was extremely efficient and made the transition and paperwork very simple and swift. Mark the Marketing manager was incredibly knowledgeable and Amad the Sales Manager was meticulous is making sure I had understood and was happy with all the fine details.

From the moment I called to arriving on site, being greeted by Shaz and Amad and then looked after by Shaz, I found the team at The Car Co to be a really good mix of professional and friendly. Shaz was very knowledgeable and gave me confidence in them as a business. I had a part exchange and whilst we negotiated for quite a while I felt I got a good price for my car (I still reckon I could have got more out of you Shaz!).
The day after I took my car I had a warning light (turned out to be a dirty sensor) and was invited straight back for them to sort which they did.
Overall a really enjoyable car buying experience and I would gladly go back again when it comes to changing my car once more.
