I bought a stunning looking BMW 640d Gran Coupe from The Car Co. It’s a car I’ve wanted for a while because it ticks all the boxes for me as an all day every purpose car.
My experience with car dealerships has always been with BMW franchises for professional integrity and piece of mind. The Car Co were just as good if not better.
I brought my friend who owns a garage now but has over 10 years experience working in car dealerships and even he was very impressed with the setup and customer service of The Car Co which says a lot so do not hesitate.
I was look after by Kas who was brilliant every step of the way and a testament as to why I hold The Car Co in such high regard. His knowledge of the market, vehicle, purchasing options, extended warranty which I took and servicing options which I also took were second to none.

We could not recommend The Car Co enough!!! We recently got our dream car (Mercedes GLA) through The Car Co and had the best experience ever. We called The Car Co when we saw the car advertised but we were open to other models as well. The sales executive, Longin, spent the time recommending various cars over the phone and had them ready for us to look at when we arrived for our appointment. He took us on a long test drive and walked us through every detail of the car. When we decided we wanted the GLA, Longin helped us get the best rate for a hire purchase agreement and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He has since stayed in touch to ensure we are happy with the car. He was an absolute star to work with from start to finish.
They say cars sell themselves but this time Longin sold us the car! We will absolutely be coming back here when we want new cars, and will be recommending this place to all our family and friends!

Bought a car online for the first time and the process was simple. Longin was brilliant and explained every step, did a full walk around tour of the car and even pointed out the minor defects that were all fixed before delivery. The delivery cost was also very reasonable considering I live a few hours away from Bury. There was plenty of time to test the car and confirm it was the right one for me, with communication from Longin throughout. Very happy with the car and would buy online from Car co again.

Saw the car online, booked a test drive and received a call from Shaz to make arrangements following morning. Excellent service throughout the whole process, no pressure, no hard sell of the prospective car or any of the additional services, more than fair part ex price and consistent, prompt comms from Shaz all the way through. Amazing service. My partner bought a Range Rover Velar and the salesman Raf was a complete gentleman. Very trust worthy and honest. His customer service was amazing and Raf was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Raf also organised delivery of the car to London which was stress free. The car is fantastic and we have had no issues with it.

I purchased an Audi Q5 a few weeks ago from the Car Company and it was an all round excellent service from speaking with Raf who sold me the car, Sam in finance and Graham in the service department. I actually purchased the car without going to the showroom but Raf sent me a video and it looked great. When the car was delivered from 260 miles away, even the drivers were great, they were helpful, polite and courteous. However, I noticed a scuff mark on the drivers seat which did not show up in the video. I rang and spoke to Graham in service and he said to find someone local and they would reimburse me. The car is now pristine.

Bought a new to me kia sorento yesterday from here, superb service couldnt fault at all!!! Delighted with the service. Had a very specific spec in mind. Having visited 4 bmw dealers without success, I spotted this dealership online. Both my partner and I purchased a vehicle from The Car Company at the same time on the same day, and from start the finish we were kept informed every step of the way by the salesman Simon Griffin, who arrange everything on our behalf. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome by all the guys, and it was so nice to see just how well presented the different marques that they had on sale.
