Clean and comfortable Friendly staff, Comfortable beds, clean, all amenities you require. The lighting in the room is not sufficient as there is no light above the desk and there was only a small lamp. No lights in the roof of the room. As a business person, I work from home and had to work from the hotel too, this was not satisfactory.

Really Great Location great for us given family needs, staff very helpful throughout and left gifts for the kids on Christmas Day which was a very nice touch. Person in room next to us played his TV far too loud every evening which was annoying, despite being asked to turn it down. Also, there was an old hula hoop crisp from a previous occupant under the bed. Kids go under beds for fun so that wasn't great. A fridge in the room would have been good also.

It ticked the box. good location, felt clean. very handy having Starbucks downstairs for breakfast, good distancing and sanitisation. The room decor was old & tired, with cleaning marks on the wall, the coating on the sink was wearing off, the taps were loose in the sink mount and the toilet made a long groaning noise on flushing. The bed was also smaller than advertised, probably only a small double. it had clearly been changed, as there was a gap of around 30cm to the bedside table. the bed linen was nice, but the pillows felt like bags of cement and the mattress was incredibly hard. it was also quite noisy, the room almost juddered when other guests shut their doors and you could hear them very clearly when they were talking in the corridors. it was also possible to hear the people in the next room, thankfully only talking!

Stayed here recently, close to motorway and into Bury town itself. Pub on site is a little pricey for what you get. Facilities are good, rooms clean and fairly modern - breakfast was nice and hot/tasty with a good selection and variety.

The Christmas party was a good night, a great atmosphere, the music was amazing and had everyone up dancing. The downside was the bar running out of glasses and having to use tumblers, when you know how many people are attending, that shouldn't happen. I also would have liked more choice for the food, I can understand its easier to have a fixed menu but it would be a better experience to have more choice.

Fantastic Christmas Party night attended by my party of 6 as a complimentary prize at the Bingo Boogie night on 1st October. From the correspondence from Joanne,
pre ordering of drinks to the seamless efficiency on the night dealing with hundreds of guests both in the bar & serving the food, was exemplary

We were let down at very short notice for accommodation by another local hotel for my daughters wedding. It was a large party of 19 rooms and Linda Haliwell and Sarah Walker went above and beyond to sort everything out. We had family travelling from the South Coast and Durham and it was a very stressul thing to deal with so close to a wedding. Linda and Sarah removed the stress and exceeded our expectations - the room for the bride and groom was decorated beautfully. Breakfasts were amazing. The whole team at the village in Bury are exeptional - you won't be dissapoonted with your stay here

Came here last weekend for a break away for me and my partner & I can say we will definitely return! From check-in we where made to feel like vips!! The girl on the desk with brown hair couldn’t do enough for us, she told us about our dinner package and showed us where to go, asked about our plans for the weekend and offered to book us a taxi there and back to a party we where attending she made us feel like nothing was too much to ask for. Room was clean and smelt fresh when we walked in, which is nice considering covid is on the rise again! Then we went to the bar area for dinner before heading out, staff where friendly, drinks a little bit pricy but that was expected. Nice food & atmosphere. All in all had a wonderful evening. Breakfast chef in the morning was happy and pleasant, think he said his name was ayman (I could be wrong) but he was lovely. Check out on Sunday was easy, it was the same girl from check-in and she remembered us and asked about how our family party went. All in all fantastic experience, staff really do make or break your experience when at a hotel and the staff really did make it special for us. Can’t wait to be back again. x x

I had my 21st recently at the hotel. Asha organised the whole thing and it was put together so well. I had it in the inspiration suite, the decor was fabulous and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food from the buffet was great! Plus I had a room to stay the night and it was lovely, with a bottle of Prosecco!! The facilities are clean and overall is a great hotel and was a great experience. Can’t recommend it enough.
