Staff were really friendly...check in was simple and easy ....room was clean but view was just a roof and would have expected better for what we paid for the room....breakfast was OK just wasn't very warm.....I would return but only if they guaranteed a better view and a hotter breakfast

Clean, comfy, quiet room so that's the main bases covered. Breakfast ok, friendly staff. Decor austere, music awful and far too loud. Will probably come back, next time with earplugs

Myself and my partner attended a wedding at the Village Hotel Bury. The staff were very accommodating, the hotel was very clean, breakfast was great and the rooms were fab. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed 2 nights, first night was awful. Walls and door were paper thin, you can hear everything outside, creaky floorboards, people talking, doors banging, and lift whirring up and down. Duvet had blood stains on it. 2nd night after complaining we were moved to Club room, which was so much quieter as Club rooms are at the end of the maze of corridors.

Great hotel to stay in as part of a large group. Friendly staff and good facilities. Gym staff not as helpful as the rest who were great.

Overpriced food but generous portions. I had a pizza that I couldn’t finish and asked for it to be wrapped in foil for me to take home. Nope, H&S rules don’t allow for that. Ridiculous rules.

Great Hotel. I go a great price too. Health spa is very nice. This is my go to hotel when I visit the Arcade Club in Bury as it's only 5min walk away.

Excellent hotel.Clean and we'll kept rooms.Big tv,coffee machine & Dyson fan.Breakfast is a mix of fruit,cereal,pastery and full English. Highly recommend.

Nice place. 5 stars given because of the nice cat sat in the lobby. Not sure if it's there all the time or was sheltering from the snow but it's adorable and anywhere with a cat is good in my opinion

Ideal location by m66 rooms smart and clean could do with hairdryers though. Very clean apart from pillows inside the cases. Staff very pleasant.

Service is poor at times. Turned up a lot to check in to be told they are over booked. Upperdeck rooms are really lovely though and I do return because its convenient.

I was a regular visitor of the spa and fitness there. Amazing swimming pool and other spa facilities...clean and regulary cleaned. Nice atmosphere.....will be back again.

It was all last min i always enjoy having a friendly drink and chat in the bar and lastnight drank to much i booked a room was cheap n cheerful and staff very helpful thank you for a pleasent last min stay!

Just joined the gym, 3 visits and already feel like I know everyone. Like the idea of a Starbucks coffee after my workout, of course a skinny latte.

Fab 4 course carvery. Downside is raw beef. It's roast beef not fillet steak and would be ok if it was expensive piece of meat but cheaper cuts need cooking

We were only in the bar area but it was nice and relaxed with a very chilled vibe. Drinks were expensive for Bury but it is a wanna be upmarket hotel.

Staff in reception dismissive, dinner was an hour wait and there was no lamb in land curry, TV did not change channel, cafe area far too loud to work in, gym and pool great, comfy bed, good coffee machine in room, good breakie.
