Booking right through to getting the job done was an extremely simple process. There was no need to provide a full inventory nor was there any waiting for a quote. Pat was approachable, friendly and made booking the service over the telephone easy. On the day, the guys turned up on time, were efficient and went out of their way by unscrewing some of my furniture. They were conscientious and I have no hesitation in recommending this extremely professional service to anyone who is moving.

I have used this company on various occasions now from single item removals to a full house move and I am happy to say I cannot fault these guys one bit. Highly recommended & delivering a 1st class professional service also great on price. Tony communicated with me through out the process and he and his assistant was welcoming and pleasant in nature. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Top quality communication and service throughout. Even a long distance journey from Manchester to Newcastle was no problem what so ever, Tony helped me remove everything from my previous apartment and move it all over to Newcastle for me with the best customer service you could expect! 10/10!

Can not fault Tony and Dave. Contacted me prior to arrival, was very polite and professional throughout the whole move. Even when a corner sofa was too large to fit in a lift they carried it up six flights of stairs with no complaints.

I was moving out of my flat in Ancoats to my new place in Whalley Range.
I was originally booked in for 9am but had to reschedule to later in the day and Patrick accommodated this straight away.
The move was scheduled for between 11-12. Patrick arrived early at 10:50 and the entire move was completed by 11:30.
No complaints, quick and efficient service and great communication.

The guys were amazing-arrived not just on time but early!! There was no fuss, they knew exactly what they were doing with everything, including the recliner sofa and just got on with it...no standing around. They were also very patient with me (I was a little nervous) and managed to keep me calm with their jokes. The whole experience was totally painless.

I would also recommend packing properly using boxes. I’d not moved before so had no real idea of how to pack to enable them packing the van.
