Quickly diagnosed a collapse (evidenced via CCTV footage) and returned 2 days later to fix. The fix involved digging up part of a gravel driveway, which they did and afterwards, returned it to exactly how they found it - you couldn’t even tell they had been. Would recommend: responsive, transparent, tidy.
