Stayed for 2 nights. We arrive late on he first night and the check staff were fantastic, even managed to grab a late night drink form in the bar. When arriving at the room it was absolutely freezing and had to turn the heater on, I wasn’t sure if this was because we arrive so late and the heating had gone off. On the 2nd night the room was the same, seems the heating of the room is linked to putting the key card In the slot inside the room. So disappointed that you have to arrive to a freezing cold room and have to wait for the room to heat up. I have mentioned this on checking out.
Clive and his team have done a fantastic job with our company health care policy. We were faced with a massive increase a year ago and Clive moved us to another Health care provider for considerably less than our existing provider was quoting. Our first renewal has just become due with the our new provider and Clive has secured, what I can only describe as, a phenomenal further reduction. Well done to all at Dragonfly Crowd. We would recommend, and have done , Clive and his team without reservation.
As a Private Hire Driver, living in Brighton, and working within the Mid Sussex area, I found issues with the car i was using as a taxi.
I started to look for a replacement, newer vehicle.
I tried various different companies in my search.
Only one particular company, made me comfortable in my search.
Within minutes of me making a search on the The Car Company website I received a call from one of there representatives, I explained I had just begun my search, and was still even undecided on what exact make
of vehicle I wanted.
The car I looked at was a hybrid Toyota Corolla.
I was reassured that that was an excellent choice for use as a taxi.
He was very personable, persuading, but not pushy.
In short after a few weeks of good advice and gentle persuasion, I decided to travel to Manchester from Brighton, Sussex with a particular car that ticked almost every box of my search.
He was very reassuring in explaining the points I had concerns about, especially my concerns on obtaining finance.
Having finalised the deal, and consequently collected the car, I am so happy with my choice.
