It is vital that you have the capability to determine, plan and implement production strategies and continually monitor and adjust these strategies to achieve maximum efficiency. You will ensure that products meet the company’s quality standards.
As these are senior level positions, you will need extensive experience to be eligible for a position as an operations or production manager.
