Belvoir have been named Franchise of the Year at the Letting Agency of the Year Awards 2016 that took place last weekend. Just pipping EweMove and HomeXperts into first place, Belvoir have now won the award a record 6 years in a row!
The Letting Agency of the Year Awards are in association with The Times & The Sunday Times and are sponsored by Zoopla, with the Franchise of the Year award being sponsored by The Deposit Protection Service (DPS). Speaking on the awards last year, Dorian Gonslaves Belvoir’s Director of Commercial and Franchising said how “The awards were set up to recognise and reward best practice in the lettings industry and the Best Franchise award continues to be one of the most competitive categories. Belvoir initially began as a small, family run business and has now developed into a nationwide franchise with a recognisable brand”.
Each year the judging panel consists of a mixture of new and previous judges, each specialists in the field of property lettings. This turnover and mixture of judges makes the 6 successive wins even more satisfying for the franchise. Belvoir Bury are proud to be part of such a great franchise and it is nice to see this being acknowledged by others through awards such as these.
