Getting Smart……. Well almost!
In the last newsletter we said we were taking delivery of a Smart car that would carry the Bluebird Care logo and be used by Theresa and other staff on visits and getting around in Bury. Well due to delivery delays we decided to go with a Citroen C1 and you can see it in all it's glory below.
Watch out for Bluebird Care staff using the vehicle around the area. Although the car is blue it is actually so green that the Road Tax is Zero!!

Recent evidence from the number of new customers, who have approached us because they are unhappy with their existing care providers, shows that there is a growing tide of dissatisfaction. However, many people do not know that they are able to ask for a different care company (a right that will be extended when personalisation becomes the norm in Bury from October) if they are unhappy.
