Forever Bury would like to let everyone know that Bury FC have come up with a superb special 'kids for a quid' offer for the forthcoming league Two game with Barnet on 05 December.

Not only is the club launching their historic 'special one off anniversary' all white kit, as well as selling the new calendar for 2010, they are also now offering all children under the age of 16 the chance to watch 'LIVE, REAL, FOOTBALL' at for just £1.00!

Anyone purchasing a full priced adult ticket will qualify for the 'kid for a quid' offer. Season ticket holders will be asked to relinquish a voucher from their season ticket book in exchange for a ticket for a pound.

This is a 'ticket only offer', you must pre-purchase your ticket from the club before match day, or in season ticket holders case, swap a voucher for a ticket.
The club will be open from Monday to Kick off on Saturday for the sale of these tickets.(9:00am to 4:30pm daily). Tickets will also be sold/exchanged on match day from the family stand ticket office window. This offer also applies to Barnet supporters.

The new calendar will also be officially launched before the match on Saturday, and priced at just £9.99.The calendar will be on sale in the club shop, reception and online via the Shakers media micro shop.

The new white shirt will also go on sale in the club shop on Saturday priced at just £20.00, and anyone buying the new shirt will qualify for an away shirt at half price.

Following the game, the 'matchworn' and signed shirts will be put on Ebay, giving everyone the chance to grab this unique item of Shakers memorabilia. All funds raised from the sale will be donated to the children's ward at Fairfield Hospital in time for Christmas.

Commercial Director Mark Catlin commented on the many new offers coming out of the club:  "Bury FC will be doing all that it can to support Alan and the teams push for promotion, but of more importance is that 'Shakers' fans reciprocate and show their support for what we are trying to do. Everyone at the club fully appreciates the support given by the fans, and all that we ask is our supporters see the offers and pass this information on, maybe to friends that have not been to a game for a while, or even someone that has not ever been to a match before. The more successful these promotions are the bigger appetite the club will have in putting on further promotions, and success will be gauged by how many attend, so I urge each and every fan that knows someone who likes football to get them down to Gigg Lane for our next home game, you CAN make a difference".

Shakers manager Alan Knill spoke on Friday evening about the offer and said:  "Everyone at the club are moving forward and this is just a small step to where we want to be, it's a great offer and to be honest, the way we are playing at the moment - I'd pay to watch us.  Hopefully with this offer we can get more youngsters into the ground and show them what we are all about."
