It's been an interesting year all around and as we move ever more quickly towards 2021, it seems that there will be no change in the "new normal".

BusinessLodge Bury implemented some changes as soon as the first lockdown came into force back in March and they have continued to adapt and change as things have progressed.

Clients are at the heart of everything BusinessLodge do and the main focus has been to keep clients, visitors, contractors and everyone else safe. 

We took some time out to find out from BusinessLodge clients how the changes have been handled and how they continue to feel safe and secure coming into work.

"With having to work in an office based capacity throughout the pandemic the BusinessLodge team reacted swiftly to reassure all clients and site visitors. Clear signage for social distancing was placed up immediately and hand sanitiser stations numerous and visible. Face masks were mandatory in all communal areas and the BusinessLodge team were always on hand to advise and assist. Spare face masks were made available and perspex screens quickly constructed within the reception area to protect staff and visitors. Regular cleaning was visible and communal furniture was even replaced to ensure easier social distancing and protocols were clearly communicated to all clients. The BusinessLodge team ensured the whole process was implemented so smoothly and efficiently that it felt the situation we had all been presented with was almost the norm and that is reassuring in itself that safety is a priority, always. The biggest element personally was that the team always radiate positivity and that highlights how the business centre is such a lovely place to work."
