One of our favourite places to eat in Bury town centre is the Fusiliers cafe, Delicious. We discovered it about two years ago on a visit to the place, we popped upstairs for a coffee and we were hooked.
There is a wide range of food at extremely reasonable prices. Baked potatoes with fillings are our favourite (always with a huge mug of tea or coffee) but we have had sandwiches and sampled a number of "specials" off the board. They are all lovely.
It has to be said, also, that the staff are always great. They always make you feel comfortable, smile and chat whilst serving you and then on bringing your food to your table, more of the same!
We often pop in now and combine it with a bit of shopping at the downstairs gift shop.
Everyone in the place is great and it is one of Bury's gems. I am so glad that it was relocated here a few years ago as it has been well worthwhile as it always seems well supported.
If you have not eaten there yet I can only implore you to do so soon, it is lovely.
