An exciting opportunity has arisen to join local recruitment company, Square Peg Associates.

Senior Recruitment Consultant - Commercial
Location: Bury & Rochdale
Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 per annum basic plus commission

Square Peg Associates are currently expanding and looking for a positive and experienced recruiter to become part of our future success. The company specialise in placing office based commercial staffing ranging from administration, customer service, secretarial, customer service, purchasing, marketing and more. We are predominantly perms biased although do have a temporary offering. With more than 30 years combined recruiting experience and entering into our 6th year in business, we have a very loyal and secure client base driven by our high service levels.

The successful applicant will have a proven track billing record, experience of developing a perms desk, either from cold or be able to demonstrate substantial growth on an existing desk.
You should be smart, professional, enthusiastic and have the desire and capability to drive a business forward.

You will take over an existing client base where you are able to make an immediate impact. You will also be responsible for supporting the expansion of our office and be ready for your next step up the management ladder.

The Role
A combination of recruiting, account development and networking skills are required with the ability to support more junior members of the team. Square Peg will offer you the opportunity to earn uncapped commission as well as quarterly and annual bonuses.

• Prior experience in recruitment is a distinct advantage, although we are interested to hear from "high-achievers" from other disciplines.
