Incredible really.
Here we see an extension lead that we came across in one of the offices we were attending to last week.
It fails on so many levels.
1. Broken trailing socket.
2. Cracked and broken plug.
3. Incorrect cable used for this application.
4. Fixed permanent socket incorrectly used as a trailing socket.
This demonstrates how important regular PAT Testing is to maintain safety In the workplace.
