Bury College Business Solutions offers Computerised Accounts courses at three levels. They are designed to help individuals demonstrate competence in the field of computerised accounts enabling them to produce accurate, professional and well presented accounts employing an appropriate range of accounting activities. The course will provide one-to-one help throughout enabling you to get all the support you need to gain a recognised qualification. Computerised Accounts Level 1 Qualification – C & G Pitman


This course is aimed at individuals who would like training in computerised accounts. This Level 1 Sage Accounts course offers flexible learning methods along with expert tutor support.

Topics include:

  • Creating accounts
  • Processing account information (in respect of the sales and purchase ledger)
  • Understanding batch control sheets and producing accounting reports such as customer activity reports and supplier detail reports

Computerised Accounts Level 2 Qualification – C & G Pitman

This is an ideal programme for those wishing to progress in the field of computerised accounts.

The programme consists of:

  • Processing accounting transactions
  • Producing customer and supplier documentation
  • Producing reports such as aged creditor analysis and sales day book summaries for management purposes


Computerised Accounts Level 3 Qualification – C & G Pitman

If you have previously completed the Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications, this course will help you up-skill your accounts software skills. You will gain the ability to demonstrate competence in the practical use of computerised accounts software, enabling you to produce accurate, professional and well presented accounts, employing an appropriate range of accounting activities.

Topics include:

  • Interpreting and processing both routine and non-routine transactions
  • Production of accounting reports such as a profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
