'Helping Your Business Grow' Breakfast Series: Bury
Join us for our next 'Helping your business grow' breakfast event at The Fusilier Museum, Bury.
This month our guest speaker is Keith Fairhurst, Managing Director of family run manufacturer Molygran & Co. Established in 1981 Molygran & Co produce and supply bespoke polystyrene products for commercial use in packaging, unique design merchandising and the construction sector.
Keith will talk about his business journey and the challenges he’s faced, from overcoming significant fire damage to the business premises to succession planning. He will explain how the company has overcome hurdles, increased the workforce and tripled turnover over the last four years.
Keith will share his experiences of working with the Business Growth Hub to achieve annual resource efficiency savings of £20k alongside support to develop new products. Molygran & Co have worked closely with the Hub’s dedicated Bury based advisor to secure funding from the GM Export Fund.
You will also hear from the Hub’s Hilary Centeleghe, who will provide an update on the fully-funded support that’s available* and how you can access it. The Leader of Bury Council, Cllr. Rishi Shori and the Chief Executive of Bury Council, Mike Owen will also be attending to provide an update on local business news.
