HIPs Suspended But It's Business As Usual at PSG

EPC's - Floorplans - Virtual Tours

As of  today, Thursday 20th May the duty for homeowners or agents to have a Home Information Pack (HIPs) in place before any marketing of a residential property can take place has been suspended.

HOWEVER…The requirement to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) REMAINS.  Homeowners and Landlords of residential and commercial properties will still need to have an EPC ‘On Construction, Sale or Rent’, BUT, will only need proof of ordering before marketing can begin, removing the time pressure from suppliers, agents and clients.  How best can you do this?  Via PSG automated ordering system, where you receive automated confirmation that the EPC has been ordered.

You will be aware that PSG already supply cost effective EPCs and provide an excellent, swift service BUT…

Did you know that PSG also provide Floor Plans and Virtual Tours?  If
conducted at the same time as our Energy Assessors visit the property to conduct the EPC, you can provide an ‘added value’ service to your clients by offering the opportunity of simply obtaining the EPC, Floor Plan and Virtual Tour from a single point of contact…at a lot less than you think!!!

Business as Usual...

DON’T FORGET… Unlike many others who relied totally on HIPs for income, PSG were founded over 12 years ago and quickly became the market leader with an enviable  reputation for providing cost effective, swift, accurate conveyancing searches and reports.  We continue to supply our award winning services providing these Conveyancing Searches and ‘Due Diligence’ reports to our loyal solicitor client base.

If you can’t rely on the searches included in any existing HIPs due to quality or shelf life please give us the opportunity of renewing them for you.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT DURING YET ANOTHER CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION!
