Tell us a little bit about yourself?

I am very much a people person. I enjoy socialising with my friends and family and I’m easily influenced into drinking a gin or two! I love a good boogie; you’ll find it hard to peel me away from the dance floor. 3 years into my recruiting career and still smiling!

What brought you to Square Peg Associates?

I have recently relocated from Sheffield to Rossendale to live with my boyfriend – help! Square Peg was an agency where I saw a future with the same standards and ethics that I have been used to working with in the recruitment sector. Also, they are a friendly and fun bunch.

How long have you worked for Square Peg Associates?

Coming up to 3 months 

What’s a typical working day for you?

Recruitment varies every day; however a typical day includes client and candidate management, admin and matching the right candidates to the right roles i.e. square peg square hole!!

What is your favourite part of the role?

Finding a perfect match for both candidates and clients. Feeling satisfied that I've given 100% when I leave! Making a difference.

What is the best thing that a client has said about you?

Jenni is bright and bubbly and leaves no stone unturned. 

How would you describe yourself in three words?

Bull – China Shop. In a good way, driven I think is the term....??

What are your strengths?

Communication, persistence and fire!

What is your favourite holiday destination?

Centreparcs, I absolutely love spending time in the cabin in the woods with my favourite people.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years’ time?

Where I am today, but a million times better at my job role.

If you were to be stranded on a desert island and you could take just one thing with you, what would it be?

Lee (awhhhhhh) - cute

Do you have a party trick?

I can still do the splits! - wowzers!

Who’s the most famous person that you’ve met?

Lionel Messi
