Detailed below is all the required criteria:
ESSENTIAL:
Has a relevant qualification – NNEB / NVQ Level 3
Working knowledge of EYFS Curriculum
Excellent knowledge of child development
Excellent communication skills with both adults and children
Understand the importance of confidentiality
Must be reliable and understand the need for excellent attendance.
Display a genuine enthusiasm for the role and the ability to nurture and value all children.
A willingness to learn new skills and undertake 'Continuous Professional Development'.
Display a commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children.
To be self-motivated and enthusiastic
To follow all of our ‘Policies and Procedures’ ensuring children’s safety is paramount at all times.
To be able to maintain our high standards and expectations.
DESIRABLE:
Recent Food Hygiene/ First Aid/ Safeguarding Children Training
Experience of key person systems and the record keeping involved in the role
Some experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs
OTHER:
