Brightway Cleaning are currently on the hunt for a new member of staff to help them keep up with demand! Their aim is to ensure that all of their staff are “shiny, happy people”, and jobs start at £8.50 per hour, which is higher than the Living Wage!
You can be sure that you’ll be working with a team of supportive and friendly people, across commercial and domestic properties.
So what are the qualities which make for a shiny, happy person?
First of all, you are required to have your own transport and hold a valid UK Driving license. You’ll be driving around to a variety of different properties and you may need to give your other team members a lift too!
Secondly, a willingness to work is imperative. You need to be proud of your work and put the effort in to ensure you complete a job to the highest standard.
Finally, experienced cleaners are preferred, as you’ll be going straight into work, so having the confidence to know what you doing is ideal.
