Managing Difficult Employees
Our breakfast seminars deal with a variety of People Management topics and give you the opportunity to meet and network with other businesses. Our PACE seminar will provide you with the tools you need to manage difficult employees, avoid unfair dismissals and will introduce you to innovative ways to manage and develop your staff.
The seminar will cover a range of topics including:
How to manage difficult employees' in the current economic climate.
Lisa Woodman, Business Support Director ,Personnel and Administration, Bury College will guide you through the techniques involved in identifying employees that under perform, how to manage them and change their behaviour.
Unfair dismissal and how to avoid it.
Andrew Moore, an Employment Law Specialist at Clough & Willis Solicitors, will take you through the procedure required and common areas where employers often make mistakes that can lead to unfair dismissal claims.
The seminar will take place on the 4th of November, 7.15am till 8.45am. You will have the opportunity to network from 9am onwards.
