Kathryn Burns, thebestofbury’s customer service manager, scooped an amazing award at our national conference out of hundreds of franchises!
On Friday, thebestofbury travelled 100 miles to attend thebestof national conference. Hundreds of franchisees from across the UK (and even one from Ireland) were present in what is one of the most important days of the year for our HQ. As well as informing us about what’s in the pipeline over the next year or two, this conference also held a mini awards ceremony where it recognised the best franchises.
Last year, we won Franchisee of the Year – an accolade that we were astounded to receive. This year, we found ourselves with another win on our hands, the latest one for team member Kathryn.
Kathryn Burns is the customer service manager at thebestofbury and has been working for us since the very beginning – even before one of our MDs! Not only does she keep our members in check, chase for updates and connect companies with other companies, she deals with your queries too. If you contact us asking for a good builder, landscape gardener and much more, you’ll speak to Kathryn. You’ve probably seen her – or the bright blue Smart car in which she’s cruising around Bury in; she is always around ensuring our businesses are getting the most from thebestofbury as she is their go-to person for marketing help and advice.
An exceptionally hard worker with a dedication to offering the best service, it came as no surprise that Kathryn bagged the Franchisee Team Member of the Year award, and we couldn’t be prouder. We are so pleased that her hard work has been recognised nationally because she truly deserves it!
