It's nearly time for the hugely popular Ramsbottom Chocolate Festival, which will mean temporary road closures on Saturday and Sunday, 8 and 9 April.
Road closures:
Bridge Street - to traffic between Bolton Street and Crow Lane.
Square Street - to traffic between Smithy Street and Bridge Street.
Silver Street - to traffic from Bridge Street for a distance of 70 metres in a southerly direction.
Union Street - to traffic, full length between Bridge Street and Prince Street.
Palatine Street - to traffic between Bridge Street and King Street.
Prince Street - to traffic between King Street and Union Street.
Temporary No Waiting at Any Time:
Crow Lane - east side, between Church Street and Athol Street.
Ramsbottom Lane - east side, from a point 118 metres north of its junction with Bridge Street to its junction with Factory Street.
King Street - south side, between Palatine Street and Prince Street.
Temporary revocation of one-way working - Silver Street and allow traffic to flow in a northerly direction.
Temporary revocation of weight restriction on Crow Lane.
Diversion details:
For Bridge Street – via Crow Lane, Factory Street and Ramsbottom Lane and vice versa.
For Union Street and Palatine Street – via Railway Street and King Street and vice versa.
