Square Peg Associates are pleased to announce a new member of staff, Tessa Leslie has joined the Square Peg team as a Recruitment Consultant. Tessa brings a wealth of client management experience with her. 

They also have a new member of staff joining in the new year. The new recruit will specialise in recruitment administration and resourcing. This role will support the whole team whilst strengthening their candidate flow, contact and engagement. More information to come.

Grow Your Mindset course

Director Suzanne has recently attended a fantastic and thought provoking "Grow your Mindset" course for businesses which was held at the BusinessLodge, Bury.

The course was delivered by the inspirational Gemma Sanchez to assist with the following:-

• Developing a growth mindset culture at work, with some practical tools as well as an accredited training session
• Understanding mindset and development and becoming more positive and resilient 
• Fixed Mindsets and Growth Mindsets
• Controlling emotions, thinking logically & rationally
• Use of positive internal dialogue

Square Peg Associates are on the move...

They have outgrown their new office in Prinny Mill, Rossendale and have moved all the way across the corridor! This gorgeous office is triple the size of their current office and is the perfect place to house growth in the team. They have now settled into their new HQ and busy encouraging their network to pop round, visit and have a catch up with a cuppa.

Placing the Best in Bury

Square Peg Associates are still working hard and supporting businesses in Bury, filling 14 roles in the borough in the last quarter. 

In a candidate short market, when there are more jobs than candidates and despite this, they are still uncovering and placing passive and active candidates. Square Peg don't just advertise jobs and hope that they will fill them, they have years' worth of contacts, repeat candidates contacting them and they are proactively contacting them. They receive referrals from clients and candidates due to the service levels that people receive. It is by no means an easy market but they have ways to access good local talent.

Business Award Winner

Square Peg Associates are super pleased to have been crowned winners of the small business award at the Rossendale Business Awards 2022. They have recently made the move over to Haslingden to support their growth, placing them in the Rossendale district. After only moving in July, they are so proud to have been recognised by the borough.

Square Peg Associates also came runners up in the service business award. This win has made them reflect on how they are doing as a company. Their growth and new trophy speak for itself, they are feeling proud, motivated and ready for what 2023 has to offer.
