Are you aware that an unhappy employee could take your business to court? - costing your business high court costs, time and stress.

The Supreme Court abolished the fee for an employee to take a business to Employment Tribunal in July 2017. The change was introduced due to an 80% decrease from employees taking businesses to court due to the high court cost of £1,200 previously putting them off.  The Courts believe if an employee is treated unfairly they should be supported.

Will this change affect your business?

Niel and his team at People Matters HR know due to the fee changes, more “unhappy” staff will look into “have a go” claims.

Would your business stand up to the scrutiny of lawyers investigating your staff handbooks, policies and procedures? Are they all current and legally compliant with ACAS codes and procedures?

People Matters HR, will take the pressure from you, enabling you to focus on your business. The team will listen and write a bespoke package to suit your business needs making you fully compliant.

The team are proud to say they have never lost an employment tribunal, and with many years of experience, they will be your loyal and trusted HR consultants.

For extra peace of mind, People Matters HR can arrange insurance against costs and losses should your business be taken to an employment tribunal with an AXA Employment practices policy.
