I have been going to this salon for a few years now and my hair is in fantastic condition. The cut is always perfect as they have the ablity to take in my requirements and do just as I ask. Their knowledge of Aveda products is one of the things that attracted me to go in the first place and also, I was recommended to go by a friend.
The best thing I did was go to see them. My hair was a real mess, a bad cut and over processed from another salon. They have made me really happy as I no longer look at my hair and feel unhappy. They do a Great job every time,. Thank you!

I was overdue for a haircut and was visiting my M&D in Bury and didn't know a hairdresser, I found Caramel on this site and agree with the recommendations of others. Very good styling. I visited this salon for highlights and a cut after my usual hairdresser left the salon I used to go to. Steffano was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I was kept topped up with coffee (from a cafetiere!) and magazines. I was really pleased with the colour and the cut which made me feel a million times better after just having had a baby 4 weeks ago and so had neglected my hair for a while. The price was very reasonable (having been used to paying Manchester prices) and the result was just as good. I will definitely go back.

Since moving to Ramsbottom I am a Caramel regular. Nothing is too much trouble, the whole team are amazing! Very professional and the pricing is great value. Much higher quality cut/coloring than I have had previously in Manchester town center. I was looking for a salon who used products including colours that are not tested on animals. To my knowledge the salon uses only Aveda, and so as well as an ethical choice the salon smells great. You don't get those horrible chemical smells that give you a headache like in other salons. If you want personal, attentive & value for money services, then become a customer. I've never looked back and my partner loves it there too!

I usually go to salons in Manchester City centre but today I had my first visit to Caramel for highlights and cut and finish. I was made welcome from first walking in the salon. Stefano, who styled my hair, actually listened to how I wanted my hair to be styled – and actually did it! The whole experience was professional and restful and I look forward to going again. I wish this business every success.

I recently visited Caramel after my regular hair salon could not fit me in. I was in desperate need of a transformation so decided to contact the salon. Nothing was too much trouble, they managed to accomodate me at short notice (by working late which not many people would do these days) and so it was really appreciated. Simonetta did a fantastic job of my hair and the whole experience was pleasant and stress free. I would highly recommend a visit here if you are looking for a high class service from a local hair salon.
