The staff at the staff a the hotel I stayed was amazing a special Laura who sorted me a really nice room out for me and my wife which made mycwife 30th birthday weekend so much more special I will definitely be staying there again we loved the suna and thats to the breakfast was amazing

My children enjoyed their stay however it was a noisy stay.
Good size hotel
There wasn't much choice for the cooked breakfast. There was also a very large traveller wedding happening, we were located at the front of the hotel, shouting and screaming was going on until 1am due to There being outdoor seating at the front of the hotel.

Ideal location to visit East Lancs Railway
The staff are absolutely excellent, from the receptionist to food servers to bar staff everyone was helpful and friendly. Good location to visit East Lancs Railway. Free parking at weekends
There were a couple of issues we needed to complain about. This was dealt with quickly and the staff were apologetic. The Manager phoned personally to also apologise and offer a very generous refund, Cannot fault their customer service.
