Overall very good but constantly had to ask for more coffee pods.

Pillows are feather with no alternatives in room. Upon asking for alternatives we were told there was only one.

Duvet far too thick with no air con meaning fan on full (didn't know there should have been a remote on first night) and the windows open. Being at the front of the hotel there was noise from smokers and cars until the small hours of the night.

Overall it's a lovely hotel, good food, good breakfast and a nice refurbished gym and changing area.

Check in and check out on phone as well as using your phone as a key is a great idea.

Great location right by motorway (front rooms can hear the traffic). Rear rooms very quiet. Had a free upgrade to a club room. Lovely super king bed. Looks great but not everything is practical. In a standard room you get a kettle, in a club room you get a tassimmo coffee machine which is useless if you want a cup of tea! In a standard room you get a bath with shower over it but in a club room you only get a shower (which is badly designed and leaks all over the floor). Leisure facilities looked great but we weren't made aware when we booked that we could use them without paying so didn't take our costumes. Had inclusive meal in restaurant which was very nice. There is also a nice family carvery style restaurant next door. A lot of people were smoking out of their windows as it was a long walk to get outside which is something the hotel needs to address. Would stay again. Went on a two night for £118 deal including meal on first night. Great value but would still pay £70 per night. Didn't have breakfast as it was £7.50 each and I just end up overeating!

3rd i've stayed here now travelling from Liverpool, Had a good weekend but if you dont want to be ripped off in the Pub pop over to the Pub across the car park where the barmaids dont take a £1 when you offer a tip making it £5 a pint, Its little things like that you take away from a nice weekend away

1st time ive stayed in the Club Room, For the extra price i wouldn't say there is much difference than the other rooms, The place is kept clean and the staff (Apart from the 1 barmaid) are nice, Think its about time i tried another one of the Villages now and i'd like to thank you for my 3 stays ive had there

Visited using the promotion £20 for a double room for one night. The room was very spacious, clean, warm and there were brewing up facilities that were restocked at our request. The only niggle was there were no toiletries except hand soap, knowing this we will take our own next time. We used the gym and other facilities which were clean but busy. Make sure you get a wrist band for the lockers as there are no signs stating you need one and the receptionist didn't mention it.

Village Bury was very inviting as soon as we entered the hotel. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Rooms had everything in from hairdryer to ironing board. Sky TV was good to have in hte room. The evening meal was very nice, staff very helpful. After the meal the pub situated in the hotel was very inviting and relaxing. A lovely romantic stay. Hoping to book again soon.

Room was great, Sky TVPlayer in the room was a nice bonus and enjoyed the stay. Bathroom was big and well stocked. The bar downstairs was busy but found seats easily enough though most of the TVs had sky sports news on all night... even one with something different would have been nice seeing as the football had finished. The only annoying thing was that you couldn't get any food after 10pm. I was waiting outside with 4 other people for a takeaway at the end of the night.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. It was just a short stroll into the centre of town with plently of shops and bars. Perfect location for a concert in Manchester not to far from the city without all the bustle

Stayed one night with work colleagues. Smooth check in. Village hotels have great facilities on site, restaurant, bar, spa, pool & gym.
Rooms are stylish, comfortable bed, well equipped with iron & ironing board.
Friendly staff, good breakfast.
