Was good due to us getting a deal so paid £40 for bed and breakfast plus use of all facilities.
Wouldn't want to pay the normal £90 plus . But good all round.
Bar area with food was great Fridays is £1 a burger which was great value and was great food too total cost for burger with cheese and bacon plus chips was £2.75 .

A nice hotel but a lack of customer service at reception was too evident. There was no greeting and no one present on departure. There were numerous parties in the hotel the night I stayed and could not sleep with doors banging all night.

This is one of the best villages iv'e stayed at the easter deal was fantastic with breakfast included and a meal on the first night.

Room very modern clean stylish, huge bed with a zipper mattress bit annoying but it was really comfy if you didnt lie in the middle, the bed was a solid frame with a Sealy pillow top zipper mattress which are one of the best and expensive great night sleep compared to the Hilton at Blackpool please avoid that one lol.

Staff good and spa facilties great biggest gym i have seen in a hotel. Steam room out of action bit unfortunate but sauna great.

Food not so great even though it was in the deal. I had 250g rump steak and chips on the first night normal price 18.99 i would not of paid 4.99 itvl was cheap frying steak fatty the size of 2 slices of bacon i chewed and chewed and still nearly choked onit the chips hard in the middle, desert cheap sticky toffee pudding microwave pot ones and not the nice caramel sauce but ok.

Breakfast bit greasy and messy, sausages i left as didnt look cooled and were fatty, i cut into one and got splatted with fat on my new tshirt and on my face. Everthing else was good but no hash browns on offer both mornings.

Would return and seen Chesney from Corrie.

Having stayed at various village hotels throughout the country, we were more than happy to stay here.
On arrival staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Room was tired looking compared to Edinburgh, Glasgow & Aberdeen hotels.
Carpet looked like it hadn't seen a hoover in weeks, shower tray was a bit grubby and marked.
Switch for heated towel rail but no towel rail.
Extractor fan broken so bathroom got very steamy. The only mirror was in there so made getting ready a nightmare but since the hairdryer didn't work I was past caring what I looked like! The staff did however replace the hairdryer.
Bed was clean and comfy. I had a good sleep, my boyfriend didn't due to some guy loading his lorry at 4/5am outside our window.
Had a late snack in pub which was tasty. Service great but the only thing which let it down was sticky tables and scraps of food all over floor.
All in all it was an ok stay. As title suggest we got a deal in January sale but I would not have. Even happy at paying full price for that room.

There was no reception desk to check in which is both good and bad. Good because you can check in quickly and with no fuss, bad because if there is a problem there is no obvious place to go. Starbucks, a grill and bar were all on the main floor and the toilets and spa downstairs. Room was clean if a little small, good selection of amenities though. We got a very cheap deal to stay here and overall, I'm not sure if I would pay full price to stay again.

Stayed over as we were attending an event nearby.I found their method of checking in strange. There is no reception desk just a member of staff standing by a square shaped desk, I was not the only person who walked past looking for the 'reception desk.'
Bathroom was fine. Liked the idea of the Dyson fan but it only just fitted on the desk so would worry about it falling off.
Did not like the fact that the mattress is within a velvet plush type surround together with headboard for me personally the thought of a velvet plush type edge to the bed was not a good idea. Could not find hotel amenities or 'welcome' on the TV screen and no button marked for 'reception' on the room phone. I had tried a week before to book an appointment in the beauty salon to no avail. Cost £120 for room only and I paid extra £15 for early checkin. Think we felt a little 'unloved.' Sorry Village Bury!
