Throughly enjoyed this hotel from start to finish. Club rooms are extra special with lovely decor and extra treats. Loved the coffee machine and sky tv on a massive flat screen with good HD too. Breakfast also excellent with lovely fresh coffee.

Attended for ZenOffice party - fantastic night. Food was average, with the chicken being quite tough. Robbie William tribute was excellent and service of the food and bar staff was great. All in all the evening was very enjoyable.

Have stayed here several times now and always find the hotel to be immaculate. Staff friendly and welcoming and food always good. The hotel is ideally situated for getting off and back in again to main roads to allow me to get on with business trip

Well located hotel. Good and spacious rooms, with a very powerful shower, comfortable beds. The breakfast is good with a variety of choice. Very close to the Motorway with a very large car park. The modern décor may not suit everyone.

Comfortable well presented hotel on the edge of Bury comfortable room and a very well equipped gym facility. Also has pool and spa that I didn't visit.

Only observation is that it is quite close to the motorway and the traffic noise was evident. The hotel wasn't noisy by any measure but I live in a small village so am probably quite sensitive to traffic noise.

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times along with many of the other village hotels, begs the question is there a loyalty scheme!! The staff are very welcoming and the rooms very clean and comfortable. Wish the club rooms weren't so far from reception but overall lovely experience

I stayed here through work rather than nearer the city, I like it because the rooms are large and the bed is comfortable, its a three star contemporary place, the girls on reception are lovely and friendly, I did have two issues this time though which put me off the Village, firstly the prawn cocktail in the restaurant was tasteless and rubbery, when I complained to the duty manager I wasn't impressed with his attitude , he refused a partial refund and he lacked communication skills to resolve the issue. Secondly despite my accommodation and breakfast being prepaid by my company I made the mistake of leaving my credit card details for extras. The hotel then without my knowledge charged me for the stay, breakfast and evening meal again and it was only by chance I noticed and had to phone them for a refund. Business travellers should be mindful of this as you may get charged twice and not notice.
Overall the place is a good place to stay but tip
1) Dont leave your card details if prepaid
2) Look at eating at the pub across the road

Took the wife for night for her birthday and could t have asked for more from the hotel and restaurant.

Food in the restaurant was amazing and prived well.

The pool and spa were lovely and clean and just what we needed for a relaxing break.

Lovely hotel, reception staff so friendly and very helpful. Swimming pool nice and clean and the room was very nice. The most comfortable pillows and comfy bed. Housekeeping could not have been more helpful. The only thing that let it down was the restaurant very expensive for not very good food, complained my steak was overcooked and just told that they would tell the chef. Following night asked for cheese crackers and grapes and told they didn't have any.

Having managed to check in without any help, (for once), I was rewarded with a room overlooking a flat roof, which was collecting puddles of water. In addition the noise from the nearby M66 could still be heard throughout the night, and there were some noisy fellow guests still celebrating well after 2.00am.

For some strange reason the bathroom door couldn't be left open; it kept shutting by itself. However the bed was comfortable and everything worked. In the morning when I left just after 9.00am the car park was not only full but people were parking anywhere they could find; It would appear to be some sort of unofficial free park and ride facility.
