We went for an end of term spa break & the price was excellent. The welcome staff was brilliant & so helpful. Shame about the restaurant guy, he wasn't very welcoming & seemed like every ask was trouble for him.

We have recently enjoyed a 12 night stay in July at this hotel.
The reception staff are sensational in their welcome and booking you in.
The pool, breakfast and general hotel facilities are all very good and backed up by great staff.
A large free car park and security staff always in view makes it a safe and secure place to recommend.
We will be back.

Regards
Jan & Rob

Very polite staff. Reception girls extremely friendly and informative. Room was ready. Very comfy bed. Good tea/coffee machine in room and water. Good, plentiful breakfast. Ideal for motorway link. Will revisit.

The room was nice, one of the club rooms. Lovely big bed and bathroom with a capsule coffee machine. Sadly, the shower leaked, there was not enough coffee for two people and the breakfast was not good at all. We had decided to have a car very meal at the pub over the road in the evening as we had been cycling all day. Two meals and two drinks cost the same as a single steak would have at the hotel and we jokingly said that breakfast in the hotel the next morning would have to be good as the pub was so close and also did breakfast. The hotel breakfast was very poor quality and not having black pudding in a Bury hotel is a shame.
I would come back for the closeness to Bury but would not eat here.

Was very good stay very well mannered staff only downfall the jacuzzi needs addressing due to the fact it's on for six minutes and off for six which is not that relaxing apart from that overall a good stay

A good clean hotel. Good service on reception, rooms comfortable clean and modern. Was only a quick stopover so did not manage to take advantage of the facilities in the hotel. Would stay in again when in the area

This was a good location, easy to find and has excellent parking facilities. Also has good leisure facilities with 25 metre pool and large changing rooms. Easy access to rooms and very modern bathrooms.
