Overall a clean warm hotel with good facilities eg pool sauna ect included in room price. Room was bright and modern good power shower. Bar down stairs shows premier league games and price of a pint of lager not to bad.

You need to address the sound proofing in the bedrooms. The noise made our stay unbearable. Door slamming noisy neighbours noise on corridors. TVs all too loud you could hear other residents talking as if they were in the same room as us.

Great stay but sort the bathroom. great beds and everything we needed in the room. the staff we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful......just that bathroom.
Breakfast was well cooked with good choice at the buffet.

We were staying two nights to attend a friends wedding. When we entered the room we noticed the headboard had fallen off the wooden baton and we had to put that back. Then when making a cup of tea we noticed a lump of chewing gum on a spoon! The bathroom also needs updating. The hotel's facilities, location and parking are good and were let down by these few issues

My father and I and family came over to Manchester not knowing where we were going, my uncle collected is all and drove us to bury, personally I thought this hotel was amazing the staff were super as they catered for for one of my uncles that has an allergy to wheat and it was no problems or the lovely staff, it was an amazing meal and a 2 day stay, if I ever came over again I would definitely stay in this hotel again, they went above and beyond to please us all.
So I would just like to congratulate that staff on doing an amazing job.
Very pleased.

we were put in a disabled room and it was not explained about the pull cords.
My husband thought it was a light switch which brought a member of staff to check,.
She did not seem very pleased but if we had been told it would not have happened.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to explain to customers.

A nice hotel. Accommodation was good value and comfortable. Restaurant and drinks were expensive. Great breakfast. A lot of steps to climb at entrance and disabled entrance was not clearly sign posted.
