Overall I enjoyed my stay here, made so by the helpful and friendly staff! The staff went out of their way to help and accomodate me which I'm very grateful for. However, some rather annoying negatives. Room was very large and well presented. However, it was grimey. There were various streaks of iffy looking liquids streaked on the backs of the doors, windows and headboard. Also the noise from the revellers on both nights was too much, although it did cease at around 11pm. Most annoying of all was that I was asked to give the hotel my credit card again to charge meals after I had dined. For some reason this ended up generating a very spurious bill on check out. I submitted this bill for business expenses and then found afterwards that my credit card charges didn't reflect my hotel bill. It is what I expected to pay more or less but it caused a lot of problems at work and I probably won't be reimbursed. Good staff, good food (although expensive restaurant), poor systems and cleanliness.

We only stayed one night as a base for a family wedding that was elsewhere. For the size of the hotel it was actually very quiet during the night. The room was quite hot. Although the dyson fan was efficient it was noisy. Room was clean, bed comfortable and staff friendly and helpful.

The stay was comfortable and the service was excellent but there needs to be a makeover of the elevator and room doors to be done. Extra beds were not comfortable for the kids
