The service was absolutely great. The time it took was really something I was shocked at. However I was really surprised at how no one asked for my ID. Nor at the reception nor in the surgery room. Anyone with the same name could have walked in had the procedure as no one asked to see ID nor did I have a letter to confirm surgery. I wasn't even asked if I received a text message. I mean this is how things go wrong. In my case maybe I was just lucky.
