Brought my car in for a service & MOT. Jason phoned me within 20mins of bringing it in, he explained what was needed for my car. I required two new tires. Jason sorted this very quickly and was super informative of which tyres were best value for money.
This is my second car from car co. Never had any issues. Will be bringing my car back for futures services & MOT. And maybe a car swap in a few years time.

Early Break support worker Anna is excellent!! Personalised support given to my daughter, covering matters that mattered and also an insight to other things that are happening in the world these days and possible upcoming in the future. Very personalised care for my daughter providing her with fidget toys during their sessions to calm needs, very professional yet cool to allow a special bond from my daughter who constantly speaks highly and respectfully of Anna, looking forward to future sessions and reflecting on past sessions.

Dale and his team are brilliant.
We had a roof leak and gutter issue.
After being let down by a number of other companies or being given astronomical quotes or over-the-top solutions from others, Dale properly assessed the issues, offered sensible solutions and did the work at a really good price.
I can't recommend him and the business highly enough.

I was viewing the cars outside on the forecourt and was greeted by Zain. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in which can be very reassuring!
The financing process was smooth and transparent and Zain took the time to explain all my options clearly, ensuring I understood everything before making a decision.
This was a different (but positive!) experience as usually sales people can be quite pushy, but Zain was extremely patient and couldn't do more for us.
So over all, my experience with The Car Co Bury has been exceptional. The quality of their vehicles combined with outstanding customer service makes them a standout in the industry.
