I contacted Synergy dental in Preston for my son Jack. He was in terrible pain with a very awkward wisdom teeth that was growing twisted and backwards. After going to one dentist, who gave him 6 local anesthetic's and he could still feel drilling, my son was told to contact Synergy at Preston as he would need sedation. I spoke to Salma on reception who was absolutely fantastic. She told me that she would be very surprised if he needed sedating as Dr Gnash who would be carrying out the procedure is very very good. My son had his appointment in 23rd March 2025. He was anxious at first, about having it done with local again but Dr Gnash reassured him and spoke to him gently. After only 3 local anesthetics, a bit of pulling (the tooth had to come out in 2 pieces) it was all over. My son never felt a thing and was so so grateful to Dr Gnash and his assistant. I would very highly recommend Synergy Preston. Absolutely brilliant at what they do, I cant thank them enough, my son is out of pain and able to sleep again. Thank you, thank you, thank you. It was my first appointment with synergy, and it was a very positive experience. I was there to discuss composite veneers and it was quite an emotive appointment. The female dentist I saw was absolutely lovely, compassionate and reassuring. I can't imagine going anywhere else now I've found this practice. Highly recommended

By far the most reassuring dentist I've ever seen. Dr Asma makes you feel welcome, comfortable and speaks to you like you're part of the decision making. I had a composite veneer on a front tooth and an overlapping tooth filed and shaped. I can't stop smiling, it's given me huge amounts of new found confidance

A marvellous practice! All staff are very friendly and helpful. Dentistry is second to none. Synergy have gone out of the way to help me when I lost my job and couldn't pay even though their NHS list was full. I had been putting off going for treatment due to my financial embarrassment until the pain I was in became too severe. My dentist is trying to prevent specialist treatment becoming necessary for me due to my financial situation and has been empathic and supportive throughout. I am so grateful for everything I have experienced at Synergy and as far as I am concerned I will never go elsewhere for my dental treatment.
