Really pleased with Senior Waste Removals. They dismantled and removed a wooden shed (7ftx5ft)for me. I contacted them last Wed and today they came and took it all away and cleaned up all the debris. Fabulous service and I have no problem with recommending this company. Will definitely use again. 10/10

Got in touch with The Car Co after seeing a vehicle advertised on AutoTrader.
Spoke to Gent named Zed initially by phone, late in the day. I requested a video of the car showing any blemishes to bodywork and interior.
True to his word, Zed sent me a detailed video in good light and indoors. This really put my mind at rest as I would have been travelling almost 100 miles one way just to view.
Zed kept in touch with me until late evening answering my questions. Well past their closure time. No question asked was ignored. Honest and transparent right from the outset.
Arranged to travel up the next day. Arrived at midday and the site was easy to find. They have their own private car park and Zed met us outside in the rain on arrival. Walked us to the showroom where the vehicle was ready for viewing.
We were handed the key and left to inspect the vehicle for as long as we needed, and to confer amongst ourselves.
Zed insisted I take a test drive. He picked a route with both smooth and rough roads (including pot holes). After doing a few miles in the car we headed back to the showroom where we were served hot drinks.
We were shown the paperwork for the vehicle and at no point did he ask once whether we wanted to buy it. Zed simply let us decide at our own pace and instead offered us reassurance.
The showroom is clean, toilets were clean and generally well laid out, over one easy accessible floor.
There is a waiting area and toys laid out if you plan to take your children.
Purchase was relatively simple and in-depth. Whilst completing the paperwork for the purchase the vehicle went back into the garage for final checks and clean. We were well advised about the warranty period and on completion given a full enhanced document pack.
Zed was an absolutely pleasure to do business with. We also had the opportunity to meet with his manager who checked in with us time to time to offer any assistance.
Conclusion, I had absolutely no hesitation in making a purchase of almost £25k. No pushy sales tactics. Calm and relaxed environment. Other customers on site were all being tended to and you could see smiles all around.
I have purchased cars from BMW and VW in the past and I can honestly say this place is on par with them, dare I say it surpasses them with regards to customer service.
If you are looking to purchase a vehicle; I genuinely recommend you give this place a try. Just visit them if you have to to get a feel for the place.
As for me I will most certainly see what they have on offer when family members need a new car before going anywhere else.
Reading back at what I wrote above before submitting this review makes it sound like I’m selling their vehicles for them but honestly I was so impressed with Zed and the ethics here. If you provide a good enough service your customers will sell your products. This is so true for The Car Co.
