This was the first time I’ve put a deposit on a car without seeing it and I am very cautious and fussy and being a salesman myself not in to car sales tactics from dealerships, nor do I leave reviews, so this is a first for me.
I was sent a walk around video and any information on the history that I required, and I was collected at the train station after a 3.5 hour train ride.
Offered breakfast and taken to the dealership where the car was perfect in every way, and I was allowed as much time to scrutinise the car and take it for a rear drive before I made my decision.
I was looked after very well by Amir Assad.
Very polite, very patient and not pushy at all and a very respectful person who doesn’t give you all the salesman drama and treats you like a person.
Customer service was first class, and I recommend carco.uk and especially Amir to anyone looking to buy a good car from a good used car dealership. Well worth the long travel their and back and would use them again 💯.

Warren came and removed my old falling down shed for me with all it's old rusty contents. He did this for me when I was on holiday so I came back to no eyesore in my garden and it was all cleared away and lovely. Great service and really reasonable prices.

Really pleased with the service from Abdul who sold us our new Discovery's in July this year. I feel the delivery service, albeit free should be explained in more detail though. I expected the car to arrive on a trailer or equivalent but this was not the case. It was driven, adding extra miles to the car which I had not authorised. Plus the car was delivered 4 hours late. The delivery driver advised he had other jobs to tend to first. If I would if known the facts first I would of made other arrangements. Whilst the delivery team may not be direct employees of the car co they are representing the brand.
I also purchased the premium warranty as part of the deal. I was glad I did as I had to use it only a month into ownership due to a failed window regulator. The claims process was quite stressful and was made to wait two weeks for reimbursement, it could of been longer if it wasn't for Mark their customer liaison officer who is an absolute credit to the business and he should be congratulated for his can do attitude and taking ownership of a problem approach. The customer service in-between initial sales and now needs a massive overhaul, including internal processes. It shouldn't take a negative review to receive a reaction.
Mark has restored my faith in the car co to echo the service from Abdul at the very start.

Attended a Grow Your Mindset course yesterday and have to say it was thoroughly enjoyable and very informative.
I took a lot away from the session and learnt quite a bit about how a fixed mindset and growth mindset work in different ways.
It was a very relaxed environment and it was lovely to meet a really nice mix of people from different backgrounds.
I would strongly recommend to go on the course if you get chance.
